As a retired teacher and a current tutor, the Library has become an important source of teaching materials and information for my young readers. I am sad to say that some of my local students are not even aware of where the library is. Personally, I did not become an avid reader until my adult years and it was children’s literature that brought me into the fold. With Ridgefield’s growth, we need a proper size library.
