President Job Description
The President shall:
Supervise all activities of the organization.
Execute all instruments on its behalf.
Preside at all meetings of the membership.
Call board and special meetings as deemed necessary.
With the consent of the board, appoint committee chairs, corresponding secretaries, and/or stewards, as needed, and oversee their activities.
Serve as a member of all committees.
Prepare a brief annual report to include information on the activities of the past year, and present this report at the annual meeting.
Perform all other duties as appropriate.
